Later sheets cite this chapter instead of repeating long programme-status blocks. No Host C is created; O.1 remains; XVI-N is not discharged; XV-B is not opened; no Page/island/spacetime-emergence claim is made; no conjecture is promoted to a theorem; no quantum coefficient is admitted; wired=false.
